Completely disappointed in my vet.

Remember when I got JP micro-chipped? Thanksgiving week?? 7 weeks ago???

The first year’s enrollment fee for Home Again was included in what the vet charged me. Guess what? My dog’s number is STILL NOT ENROLLED. I paid the vet to do it, why the hell have they dropped the ball on this? My dog has an essentially useless chip in his neck because there is no name and address attached to it. When I called today, they put me on hold for 10 mins, then said they’d have to get back to me. Sorry guys, once I sort this out with you, I’m getting a new vet.
